Od po\u010dasia na horsk\u00fdch priechodoch, cez nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 zlozvyky in\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkov cestnej prem\u00e1vky, a\u017e po menej zrejm\u00e9 faktory, ktor\u00e9 ovplyv\u0148uj\u00fa bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 jazdy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drivers <a href=\"https:\/\/kosicetaxi24.sk\/en\/\">Ko\u0161iceTaxi24<\/a> denne absolvuj\u00fa desiatky j\u00e1zd v r\u00f4znych podmienkach a pr\u00e1ve preto vedia lep\u0161ie ako ktoko\u013evek in\u00fd, \u010do sa na cest\u00e1ch skuto\u010dne deje. Teplota v nadmorskej v\u00fd\u0161ke kles\u00e1 v priemere o 6,5 stup\u0148a Celzia na ka\u017ed\u00fdch 1 000 metrov \u2014 to je overen\u00e1 meteorologick\u00e1 z\u00e1konitos\u0165, ktor\u00fa drviv\u00e1 v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina be\u017en\u00fdch vodi\u010dov jednoducho ignoruje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na jese\u0148 je situ\u00e1cia podobn\u00e1, len s opa\u010dn\u00fdm smerom \u2014 r\u00e1no sa zd\u00e1 by\u0165 sucho, no no\u010dn\u00fd mr\u00e1z dok\u00e1\u017ee pokry\u0165 vozovku vrstvou \u013eadu, ktor\u00e1 je pre vodi\u010da prakticky nevidite\u013en\u00e1. Pod\u013ea Slovenskej spr\u00e1vy ciest patria horsk\u00e9 \u00faseky k najrizikovej\u0161\u00edm miestam po\u010das prechodn\u00e9ho obdobia roku pr\u00e1ve z tohto d\u00f4vodu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u010co robi\u0165, ne\u017e sa vyd\u00e1te na cestu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pred jazdou cez horsk\u00fd priechod odpor\u00fa\u010da Slovensk\u00fd hydrometeorologick\u00fd \u00fastav (SHM\u00da) sledova\u0165 v\u00fdstrahy priamo na ich webe <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shmu.sk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">shmu.sk<\/a>, kde s\u00fa dostupn\u00e9 aj d\u00e1ta pre konkr\u00e9tne nadmorsk\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161ky. Nesta\u010d\u00ed pozrie\u0165 predpove\u010f pre Ko\u0161ice \u2014 treba h\u013eada\u0165 stav vozovky na konkr\u00e9tnom \u00faseku. Aplik\u00e1cia Waze a Google Maps s\u00edce zobrazuj\u00fa dopravn\u00e9 inform\u00e1cie, ale nie v\u017edy reaguj\u00fa dostato\u010dne r\u00fdchlo na n\u00e1hle zmeny podmienok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zimn\u00e9 pneumatiky maj\u00fa na Slovensku z\u00e1konn\u00fa povinnos\u0165 pri ur\u010dit\u00fdch podmienkach, no ich nasadenie alebo stiahnutie by malo z\u00e1visie\u0165 od skuto\u010dn\u00e9ho stavu vozovky, nie od d\u00e1tumu v kalend\u00e1ri. Zlozvyky in\u00fdch vodi\u010dov: tie, \u010do vid\u00edte ka\u017ed\u00fd de\u0148<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jazda v m\u0155tvom uhle a ignorovanie smeroviek<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u0155tvy uhol je pri kami\u00f3ne alebo autobuse oblas\u0165, ktor\u00e1 nie je vidite\u013en\u00e1 v \u017eiadnom zo sp\u00e4tn\u00fdch zrkadiel. Eur\u00f3pska asoci\u00e1cia v\u00fdrobcov vozidiel (ACEA) uv\u00e1dza, \u017ee pri n\u00e1kladn\u00fdch vozidl\u00e1ch m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 m\u0155tvy uhol na pravej strane a\u017e 7,5 metra dlh\u00fd a 3 metre \u0161irok\u00fd. Napriek tomu ve\u013ek\u00e1 \u010das\u0165 vodi\u010dov osobn\u00fdch \u00e1ut jazdi ved\u013ea kami\u00f3na pri predbiehan\u00ed dlh\u0161ie, ako je bezpe\u010dn\u00e9, alebo sa vracia do jazdn\u00e9ho pruhu pr\u00edli\u0161 skoro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ignorovanie smeroviek pritom nie je len ot\u00e1zka etikety \u2014 v slovenskom Z\u00e1kone o cestnej prem\u00e1vke (z\u00e1kon \u010d. 8\/2009 Z.z.) je zmena pruhu bez signaliz\u00e1cie priestupkom. Napriek tomu je to jeden z najroz\u0161\u00edrenej\u0161\u00edch zlozvykov, ktor\u00fd vodi\u010di taxislu\u017eieb za\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa ka\u017ed\u00fd de\u0148. Situ\u00e1cia sa zhor\u0161uje v rannej a ve\u010dernej \u0161pi\u010dke, ke\u010f \u00fanava a stres zni\u017euj\u00fa pozornos\u0165 v\u0161etk\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkov prem\u00e1vky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tailgating \u2014 jazda na n\u00e1razn\u00edk<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Jazda tesne za in\u00fdm vozidlom, tzv. tailgating, je \u010fal\u0161\u00ed jav, ktor\u00fd nie je len nepr\u00edjemn\u00fd, ale priamo nebezpe\u010dn\u00fd. Odpor\u00fa\u010dan\u00e1 bezpe\u010dnostn\u00e1 vzdialenos\u0165 pri r\u00fdchlosti 90 km\/h je minim\u00e1lne 50 metrov \u2014 \u010do zodpoved\u00e1 dvom sekund\u00e1m reak\u010dnej doby a brzdnej dr\u00e1hy. V praxi sa t\u00e1to vzdialenos\u0165 nedodr\u017eiava takmer nikdy, najm\u00e4 na preplnen\u00fdch cest\u00e1ch pri Ko\u0161iciach po\u010das pracovn\u00fdch dn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Probl\u00e9m tailgatingu sa n\u00e1sob\u00ed v zlom po\u010das\u00ed \u2014 d\u013a\u017eka brzdnej dr\u00e1hy sa na mokr\u00fdch vozovk\u00e1ch zdvojn\u00e1sobuje a na \u013eade m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 a\u017e desa\u0165n\u00e1sobne dlh\u0161ia ako na suchom asfalte. To nie s\u00fa \u0161tatistiky z PR materi\u00e1lu auto\u0161koly, ale d\u00e1ta, ktor\u00e9 publikoval nemeck\u00fd ADAC po re\u00e1lnych testoch brzdenia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pou\u017e\u00edvanie telef\u00f3nu za volantom<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoci je telefonovanie bez handsfree za volantom na Slovensku zak\u00e1zan\u00e9 a trestan\u00e9 pokutou, realita je in\u00e1. V\u00fdskum Eur\u00f3pskej komisie z roku 2021 uv\u00e1dza, \u017ee a\u017e 31 % vodi\u010dov v E\u00da pou\u017e\u00edva mobiln\u00fd telef\u00f3n po\u010das jazdy aspo\u0148 pr\u00edle\u017eitostne. Pou\u017eitie telef\u00f3nu spomal\u00ed reak\u010dn\u00fd \u010das vodi\u010da porovnate\u013ene ako jazda pod vplyvom alkoholu v miere 0,8 promile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fotografovanie a nat\u00e1\u010danie neh\u00f4d za jazdy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Menej diskutovan\u00fd, no \u010doraz roz\u0161\u00edrenej\u0161\u00ed zlozvyk je spoma\u013eovanie a vytasenie telef\u00f3nu pri prejazde okolo dopravnej nehody. Vodi\u010d, ktor\u00fd sa s\u00fastred\u00ed na to, aby zachytil z\u00e1ber alebo video, v tej chv\u00edli prakticky prest\u00e1va sledova\u0165 cestu pred sebou. Vznik\u00e1 tak paradoxn\u00e1 situ\u00e1cia \u2014 nehoda, ktor\u00e1 mala by\u0165 len z\u00e1berom v telef\u00f3ne, sa m\u00f4\u017ee sta\u0165 sp\u00fa\u0161\u0165a\u010dom \u010fal\u0161ej nehody nieko\u013eko metrov \u010falej.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tento jav m\u00e1 aj svoju druhotn\u00fa negat\u00edvnu str\u00e1nku: ostatn\u00ed vodi\u010di spoma\u013euj\u00fa, preto\u017ee vidia zastavuj\u00face auto alebo zmen\u0161uj\u00facu sa medzeru \u2014 a vznikaj\u00fa zbyto\u010dn\u00e9 kol\u00f3ny a \u010fal\u0161ie rizikov\u00e9 situ\u00e1cie. Z\u00e1chran\u00e1rom a pol\u00edcii tak pribudne pr\u00e1ca navy\u0161e nie preto, \u017ee by vznikol nov\u00fd probl\u00e9m, ale preto, \u017ee niekto chcel ma\u0165 obsah pre soci\u00e1lne siete. N\u00fadzov\u00e9 zastavenie a st\u00e1tie v kol\u00f3ne: \u010do robi\u0165, ke\u010f mus\u00edte st\u00e1\u0165<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kol\u00f3na na dia\u013enici \u2014 posledn\u00e9 auto je najzranite\u013enej\u0161ie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kol\u00f3ny na dia\u013enici vznikaj\u00fa r\u00fdchlo a bez varovania. Sta\u010d\u00ed nehoda, pr\u00e1ce na vozovke alebo hust\u00e9 spomalenie. Vodi\u010d, ktor\u00fd sa ocitne ako posledn\u00fd stojac\u00ed v kol\u00f3ne, je v najrizikovej\u0161ej poz\u00edcii na celom \u00faseku. Prich\u00e1dzaj\u00face vozidl\u00e1 ho vidia neskoro, najm\u00e4 v z\u00e1krute, za kopcami alebo za zlej vidite\u013enosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prv\u00fdm krokom ihne\u010f pri prud\u0161om brzen\u00ed, spozorovan\u00ed obmedzenia, alebo po zastaven\u00ed v kol\u00f3ne je zapnutie v\u00fdstra\u017en\u00fdch smeroviek. Toto jednoduch\u00e9 gesto v\u00fdrazne zvy\u0161uje vidite\u013enos\u0165 vozidla pre vodi\u010da prich\u00e1dzaj\u00faceho zozadu a d\u00e1va mu sign\u00e1l, \u017ee pred n\u00edm nie je be\u017en\u00e1 prem\u00e1vka, ale zastaven\u00e1 kol\u00f3na.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Praktick\u00e1 rada, ktor\u00fa vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa na\u0161i profesion\u00e1lni vodi\u010di Ko\u0161iceTaxi24 pri transferoch na dlh\u0161\u00edch tras\u00e1ch ako napr.<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/kosicetaxi24.sk\/en\/transfer-budapest-kosice\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"4549\">transfer Ko\u0161ice &#8211; Budape\u0161\u0165<\/a><\/strong> letisko je zastavi\u0165 vozidlo mierne \u0161ikmo tak, aby predok smeroval ku krajnici.
