This period allows us to resolve any claims, to document the services provided retrospectively and to provide you with a history of your journeys should you need it. In the case of regular customers, this period is always calculated from the last transport carried out.<\/p>\n

                            We take a special approach to the storage of accounting documents and invoices, which, according to the Accounting Act, must be archived for 10 years. These documents contain basic invoicing data that we are obliged to keep in case of a tax audit or other legal review.<\/p>\n

                            We store the contact and order data that you provide to us via the form on our website for the duration of the shipment and subsequently for the above-mentioned three-year period. This data includes your name, telephone number, email address and details of the transport requested. After this period, this data is automatically deleted from our systems.<\/p>\n

                            If you have provided us with billing information for the issue of an invoice, this information is part of the accounting documents and is subject to a statutory archiving period of 10 years. This information includes the billing name\/company name, address, VAT number, VAT number and bank account. We must keep this data unchanged in case of inspection by state authorities.<\/p>\n
